Leading roles in digital media – a look inside The Washington Post’s newsroom

Key note speaker v/Greg Barber, Director of Newsroom Product, The Washington Post

Der står Director of Newsroom Product i Greg Barbers e-mailsignatur. Greg har arbejdet for The Post i mere end 16 år.

Om oplægget

Digital media platforms are changing all the time, as are the expectations of our news consumers. To meet and predict our audience’s needs, news organizations need to evolve, too: our workflows, our goals, our expectations.

In his newly created role as The Washington Post newsroom’s director of product, Greg Barber is part of that change. In this session, he’ll take us on a tour of the Post newsroom’s workflow and tools and lead an honest conversation about the successes and pitfalls that legacy organizations can encounter when they go digital-first.

Greg Barber taler på Redaktørernes Dag kl. 14.45-15.15. Se hele programmet her.
